About
Levi Yitzchak Goldmeier began his fitness and martial arts journey at the age of ten, and by fifteen he was already training children and teens. As his knowledge, style, and approach developed, he gradually expanded to training adults too.
Today, Levi works with clients of all ages and abilities, helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Much of his focus, however, is with boys and teens who are behaviourally challenged and possibly finding things tough at school or home, as well as young men who are deemed at risk and possibly struggling with fitting in and finding their way.
Levi has been involved in organisations such as The Boys Clubhouse Charity, The Warehouse, and Pardes House Primary School. In these settings, he works with individuals or groups of carefully selected boys, using movement, discipline, and mentorship to provide structure and support.
His goal is to continue building partnerships with schools and community organisations so he can reach and inspire as many young people as possible. Levi is passionate about giving the kind of help he wished he had growing up, knowing firsthand how fitness and self-defense can build mental fortitude, discipline, focus, self-confidence, and good character.
