Personal Training
Levi is a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer who has helped hundreds of people reach their goals. These include losing fat, gaining muscle, building themselves back up from injuries, improving fitness and health, eating cleaner, getting stronger, and feeling more confident in their bodies.
Training is clear, practical, and tailored to the individual. He keeps it simple yet challenging. He believes that the overarching goal for all should be to feel good and move well in everyday life, as well as know what the realistic standards are for the way we look.
Self Defense
Levi started training in Muay Thai and Boxing seventeen years ago and has been teaching for just over a decade now. He has experience with all ages and believes martial arts is an amazing way to connect with your body, find ease within yourself, and learn to relax.
Self-defense is also a useful life skill. It builds quiet confidence and helps you feel safer in everyday situations.
Youth Mentor
A key element to Levi’s mentorship is self-mastery. It is key, as a person navigating through life, to have the ability to regulate emotions, make thoughtful decisions under pressure, and respond to challenges with clarity, patience, and purpose. Through boxing, self-defense, exercise, and general movement, Levi helps young people build healthier relationships, stay true to their values, and create lives grounded in resilience, awareness, and ease.
